Attorney Elizabeth Shively is a valuable part of the Henrickson & Sereebutra legal team. As an undergraduate, Attorney Shively earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard College. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law in 2022.
While in law school, Attorney Shively gained extensive legal experience working in various roles. She served as a Legal Administrative Specialist at the Cobb County Solicitor General's Office and worked as an Assistant Solicitor General, where she prosecuted misdemeanor traffic offenses. She also interned at Hartman Private Law, focusing on estate planning and probate matters, and served as an intern for Judge Bridgette Campbell in Cobb County.
Before joining our team at Henrickson & Sereebutra, Attorney Shively served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Douglas County District Attorney's Office. There, she handled a wide range of felony cases, including aggravated assault, malice murder, and rape. She also reduced the pending case load from over 150 cases to fewer than fifteen, reflecting her ability to manage complex legal matters efficiently.
Attorney Shively brings a wealth of courtroom and trial experience to Henrickson & Sereebutra. Her dedication, sharp litigation skills, and comprehensive legal knowledge make her a strong advocate for her clients.
