Marc D. Robinson is the firm's domestic relations attorney. Marc joined the firm in 2017 and was elevated to partner in 2022. Marc attended Kennesaw State University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. Marc attended Georgia State University College of Law focusing on practical family law and litigation. While in law school, Marc worked for Fulton County Superior Court Judge John Goger in the Family Division for the Atlanta Judicial Circuit. Marc gained invaluable family law experience during this time handling complex divorce and child custody cases.

While still in law school Marc gained significant courtroom and trial experience working for the Dekalb County Public Defender's Office and the Paulding County District Attorney's Office. Marc successfully litigated countless bench trials and jury trials while still a law student. Upon graduation from law school Marc accepted a position as an Assistant District Attorney with the Paulding County District Attorney's Office. Marc's experience as a prosecutor provided him with extensive courtroom and trial experience that has helped him become an effective litigator.
Marc now specializes in the practice of family law and is committed to working with his clients to find practical, efficient and favorable solutions to personal and complex domestic cases. Marc has successfully litigated child custody, child support, modification of child support, divorces, domestic violence allegations, legal separation, adoptions, and contempt actions. He has achieved significant successes for his clients in and out of the courtroom.
