Richard A. Hull spent his undergraduate years at Georgia Southern University. While there, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Mr. Hull attended both the College of William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law in Madrid, Spain and Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia, earning his J.D. from the latter.
